The following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is an internal part of the Terms and Conditions and defines the relationship between the player (the “Player,” “you”) and Company (“Company,” “Provider”, “we,” “us”) regarding personal data and information.

Any form of automated Processing of Personal Data consisting of the use of Personal Data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location, or movements.
1.12. Third-Party. Any person, except the Data Subject, us, and the Data Protection Authority, to whom the Personal Data is transferred.

2. Collection of personal data
2.1. The Company collects and processes the following categories of personal data and information relating to Players (depending on how you interact with the Company and which products/services you use):
- 2.1.1. Registration and account data: full name, date of birth, email address, physical/residential address, username/account identifiers, password (stored in hashed form), account status and player ID.
- 2.1.2. Identity/KYC and verification data: copies of identity documents, proof of address, KYC outcomes, age verification results; and related evidence required to comply with legal/regulatory obligations to prevent underage participation, fraud and financial crime.
- 2.1.3. Payment and financial data: deposits/withdrawals, payment instrument tokens or references, payment provider identifiers, limited card data where applicable (e.g., last four digits/expiry) and transaction identifiers; we do not store full payment card data.

In case of the ‘leak’ of personal data or some technical problems leading to the breakdown of the security system that ensures data protection, we guarantee that we will contact and inform the regulatory data protection body as well as data subjects as soon as possible, but in any case, within 72 hours.
